Job Description

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our Prestige Banking Centre as a Prestige Sales Leader/Manager. The successful candidate will formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets, direct and manage the operation of the centre, and maximize service quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned business targets
  • Manage team members' product/investment knowledge and selling skills through training and coaching
  • Implement risk management practices to ensure operational stability and compliance with bank policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • HKIB Associate Retail Wealth Professional (ARWP) or Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years managing high-net-worth customer portfolios
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
