Sales Director

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional performance.

We are looking for an individual who is analytical, supportive, and direct with their feedback, while being motivated by delivering game-changing results.
This role requires relocation to Manila, offering a unique chance to embark on a new professional adventure in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:- To double the sales volume of your team through effective leadership and strategy.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities or threats.
- A results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably with 5-8 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data and market information to drive business growth.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Willingness to occasionally travel as needed.
- Relocation to Manila.
- Salary dependent on experience level, with top-of-market rates and attractive commission incentives.
