Director, Intermediary Sales (Asset Management)

Our client is one of the top-tier asset management companies. They are currently looking for an experienced Intermediary Sales professional to join their expanding team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the overall relationship with selected intermediaries by providing high standard of client service.
  • Develop and manage distribution channels such as selected retail banks, private banks, insurance companies, and IFAs.
  • Perform due diligence on clients and facilitate onboarding of new funds.
  • Conduct market research to assist the team on business and product developments.
  • Provide professional sales support services to direct clients and distributors.
  • Prepare marketing materials including fund presentations, periodic commentaries, and email communication with investors.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years' fund distribution experience in asset management or financial services.
  • Holder of SFC license 1, 4, 9.
  • Good knowledge of funds and investment products.
  • Sales-driven and passionate to work in the fund industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
