Möet Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong & Macau is seeking a Private Client Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our commercial strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to engage with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and VIP clients to achieve business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities for new business development and recommend actions for brand initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with premium partners to recruit new UHNWI and private clients.
- Meet budgeted sales turnover, profitability ratios, brand awareness KPIs, and other brand health indicators.
- Propose brand solutions aligned with pricing, visibility, and resource parameters.
- Represent the portfolio of brands through event hosting and personal introduction, delivering a credible and confident brand message.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in direct B2C luxury sales and client management in related industries.
- Ability to represent the brands to consumers through ambassadorial duties, event hosting, and personal introduction.
- Strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial spirit to seize and exploit commercial opportunities.
- Independent yet collaborative team player, self-starter, motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
- Good communicator with interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to manage key stakeholders across global, regional, and local markets.
- Creative, lateral thinking, strong in planning and implementation.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in other Asian languages highly desirable.
