The Role
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Client Advisor for Luxury Handbags and Accessories. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing a portfolio of local and international clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and/or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's overall goal.
- Ensure an outstanding and consistent client experience by providing customized advisory, product expertise, and ultra-luxury hospitality services.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional retail experience, appropriate follow-up, and CRM initiatives.
- Partner with the boutique manager and local marketing team to develop event support plans.
- Assist in providing retail excellence in daily operations, including floor management, visual merchandising, inventory control, and opening/closing duties.
Ideal Experience & Competencies
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Experience in new store openings.
- High standards of client services and luxury hospitality.
- Ability to engage, network, and sell to high-net-worth individuals.
- General knowledge of luxury products or luxury handbags and accessories.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
- Customer-oriented, collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
- MS Office and computer literacy.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with very good proficiency in English, and any other language skills a plus.
