About the Role

As a Luxury Retail Coach at Louis Vuitton Malletier, you will be responsible for developing our retail teams in delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with our brand vision and strategy.

Your primary goal is to train and coach client advisors to become ambassadors of our brand culture, values, and products. You will partner closely with Learning and Development Managers and Store Managers to ensure seamless execution of training activities and analyze their effectiveness.

In this role, you will be based in store(s) and serve as the first point of contact for all training-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement coaching plans to enhance client advisors' skills in areas such as selling, client experience, and high-end product knowledge.
  • Liaise with Store Managers to identify training needs and provide regular feedback on team members' performance.
  • Promote a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on client advisors' growth and development.
  • Collaborate with L&D Managers to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching plans.
  • Monitor the quality and impact of in-store training through follow-ups and shop floor observations.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering training courses, particularly in the retail industry.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to think independently.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and persistent with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
