The Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing a portfolio of local and international clients. You will provide a seamless and luxurious experience for every client, leveraging your expertise and hospitality skills to build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the boutique's overall goal
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through customized advisory, product expertise, and ultra-luxury hospitality services
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional retail experience and follow-up
  • Consistently capture client data for retention purposes, loyalty, and long-term relationship building
  • Partner with the boutique manager and local marketing team to develop event support plans
  • Assist the boutique manager in providing retail excellence in daily operations, including floor management, visual merchandising, inventory control, and opening/closing duties
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of security and compliance policies and provide support to other client advisors when needed
  • Stay aware of the surrounding luxury competitive environment, its dynamics, and market trends

Ideal Experience and Competencies

  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in luxury retail or hospitality
  • Experience in new store openings
  • High standards of client service and luxury hospitality
  • Comfortable engaging, networking, and selling to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI)
  • General knowledge of luxury products or luxury watches and fine jewelry
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy
  • Customer-oriented, strong collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends
  • MS Office and computer literacy
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with very good proficiency in English, and any other language skills a plus
