Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting luxury beauty brands, introducing and selling products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the luxury beauty industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty or skincare industry, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with a passion for luxury beauty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English
