About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Bottega Veneta Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and knowledge, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage client information and data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends, making informed recommendations to clients.
