The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving sales targets, and developing a portfolio of local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Provide personalized advisory services to clients, showcasing our luxury products and services
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional retail experience and follow-up
  • Partner with the Boutique Manager to develop marketing plans and support events
  • Assist with daily operations, including floor management, visual merchandising, and inventory control

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in luxury retail or hospitality
  • Experience in new store openings and luxury product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with very good proficiency in English
