At Hyphen Connect, we are seeking an experienced Institutional Product Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and design of financial institution-related products to meet the needs of institutional customers and comply with industry requirements.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of institutional business products, including payment settlement, deposit management, credit products, asset management, fund products, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent demand analysis capabilities, be able to accurately identify the core needs of institutional customers, and convert them into executable product functions.

  • Familiarity with institutional business products is essential.
  • Experience in product management tools and methods is required.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.

The role requires close collaboration with sales, customer support, compliance, risk control, and other teams to ensure that product requirements are consistent with the company's business development strategy.
