We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, seeking a Commercial Workstation Business Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Workstation business unit, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving financial/market share targets through your expertise in business acumen.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience and a deep understanding of dynamic industries such as AEC, High-tech manufacturing, M&E, and distribution business. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to CXO-level executives.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales/marketing/operation teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise customers, business partners, and ISVs.

You will prioritize lists of accounts/prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives and coordinate with Sales Teams to strategize lead & sales opportunity qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing ones.

Relationship Management:

  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise customers, business partners, and ISVs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Present complex ideas to CXO-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience.
  • Deep understanding of dynamic industries such as AEC, High-tech manufacturing, M&E, and distribution business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present complex ideas to CXO-level executives.
