Responsibilities:- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and HR best practices.
- Lead talent acquisition and assessment processes to ensure precise hiring decisions that fit team dynamics.
- Partner with department heads to develop and track meaningful OKRs and KPIs that drive business success.
- Lead performance management processes, including providing structured feedback, conducting reviews, and developing improvement plans.
- Design and implement talent development initiatives to enhance individual and team capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology, internet-based or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of performance management methodologies in specialized team environments.
- Experience in quality-focused recruitment and selection.
