We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Support team at Alliants Ltd. As a key member of the Services team, this role provides advanced technical support for customers utilizing the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP) product suite.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in troubleshooting and system diagnostics to drive seamless solutions for our clients. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues and implement changes that meet evolving customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of APIs, web technologies, and cloud-based systems, as well as experience in database management and query writing. Familiarity with programming languages and debugging tools is also essential.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the AXP platform's architecture, APIs, integrations, and deployment environments.
  • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of complex technical issues, including log analysis, code review, and performance diagnostics.
  • Debug and resolve product issues at both the application and infrastructure levels using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive long-term resolutions for high-impact or recurring issues.

About the Role:

This is a remote and flexible working opportunity, offering a competitive salary and up to 10% annual bonus. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus public holidays, a monthly takeaway allowance, and £1,500 training and development budget each year.
