Job Summary

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Services Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees, managers, and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, corporate/local policies, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient people-related administrative support to employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure employee records are up-to-date and accurate, and that all employee data is entered into systems in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner.
  • Respond to and resolve employee enquiries, issues, and complaints, escalating as necessary to the Lead/Assistant Manager.
  • Establish a positive rapport with colleagues and customers, and ensure information is communicated clearly and appropriately.
  • Administer people-related activities within agreed procedures, standards, and timescales, as defined by the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in business, HR, or a relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in general HR administration within a General Business Services/Shared Services environment.
  • Ability to multi-task between daily operations and project initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collect and evaluate data, research and analyze information to support decision-making.
  • Customer-centric, with good influencing and interpersonal skills to collaborate and work with a diverse group of people.
  • Capability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong written and verbal Chinese (Cantonese) and English communication skills.
