Revenue Management and Sales Enablement Lead

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Ancillaries to join our team at Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. As a key member of our Revenue Strategy and Ancillaries team, you will be responsible for driving sales enablement and post-sales servicing of travel ancillary products.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the travel ancillary area and contribute directly to the growth and success of our ancillary business in sales and distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from travel ancillary products.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that enhance the user experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Touchpoint Expansion: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand touchpoints and enhance the customer journey.
- Content Updates: Work with content teams to develop engaging marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong understanding of travel ancillaries and experience in agile projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
