The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, persistent self-motivation, and confident communication skills. Previous experience in B2B sales or consulting is beneficial but not mandatory, as we focus on mindset and attitude over skills.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate sales-ready leads for our performance clients and book meetings for legacy clients assigned to you.
- Proactive outreach and follow-ups to prospects via phone or customized videos.
- Qualify prospects through needs analysis, budget, and purchase authority (BANT).
- Logging interactions & documenting market feedback as well as insights in SalesOS.
- Manage and maintain the contact database by enriching data within the CRM (SalesOS).
- Focusing on outcomes to meet weekly and monthly activity sales targets.
- Providing weekly updates and insights to CSM / team lead for the monthly strategy meetings.
- Building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Providing customized recommendations & suggesting improvements for better results.
- Attending weekly GC meetings and daily huddles to sync with other team members.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest cold email outreach trends and implementing best practices.
- Continuously improving the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales results.
