In this critical role, you will lead the support of field sales organizations to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and overall business goals.

You will be responsible for driving the improvement of sales processes, tools, systems, and policies, ensuring a consultative value sales approach and effective Key Accounts Management.

This includes collaborating closely with various departments, such as OU field sales organizations, PLM, MFG, IT, BU, and OU Management, to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of sales strategies in field organizations
  • Support business development plans and efficiency programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes
  • Represent AP in global Sales meetings
  • Serve as an AP contact for Global Key accounts
