PERSOLKELLY is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to lead our foreign exchange sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong relevant experience in sales and team management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and enhance client engagement.
  • Adapt to KPI Management, analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and attend trade shows to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
  • Design and participate in seminars and webinars.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry, including team management experience.
  • Welcome from other financial industries such as Insurance/Equity/Property, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
