Strategic Partnership Director, LinkedIn Sales Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Determine market trends and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the Greater China region
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local market and its nuances, including business practices, etiquette, and decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine our product offerings and sales process
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business results and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Consistently overachieve business objectives and revenue targets
  • Engage with senior executives to negotiate partnerships and agreements that drive business growth

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quota-carrying sales or business development roles
  • Proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, or software platform solutions
  • Experience working with clients in Greater China or supporting Chinese companies in their global expansion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent business Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication with clients in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
  • Understanding of diverse business practices and etiquettes within the Greater China region
  • Experience using LinkedIn as a sales professional
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • Ability to predictably forecast and execute on business goals
  • Ability to use insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
  • Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals
