Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Director, you will play a key role in driving sales growth in Greater China. You will use your strategic social selling skills to educate prospective customers on the benefits of our Sales Navigator product. Your goal will be to serve as a trusted adviser to our clients and help them achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • You will inspire yourself, our company, and your customers to adopt a new method of connecting value to customers.
  • You will leverage your skills and your customers' experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process.
  • You will develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts.
  • You will consistently overachieve the business and revenue objectives set forth in your plan.
  • You will drive revenue by connecting with customers and building opportunities that will make all parties more successful.
  • You will work to develop and circulate a set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team.
  • You will listen to the needs of the market and share them with the Product and Marketing team.
  • You will engage and negotiate with Senior Executives within Enterprise Organizations, understanding the nuances of the Greater China region and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • You should have at least 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • You should have experience selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms or software platform solutions.
  • You should have proven experience working with clients in Greater China or supporting Chinese companies in their global expansion.
