About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and achieve financial targets for our Hong Kong Workstation business. As a key member of our team, you will manage relationships with sales, marketing, and operation teams to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including high-touch interactions with enterprise customers, business partners, and Strategic Alliances.
  • Prioritize accounts and prospects to achieve assigned sales objectives and provide accurate forecasts to the Sales Team.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience, preferably in commercial products.
  • Strong understanding of the AEC, High-tech manufacturing, M&E Industry, and distribution business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present at CXO level.
  • Extensive experience selling in the Hong Kong market.
