Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager for our Workstations division in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving financial targets by developing and executing business strategies that align with Lenovo's overall vision.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and market share expansion in the Hong Kong region.
  • Manage relationships with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and effective execution.
  • Identify and develop new selling opportunities through partnerships with strategic allies and ISVs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience.
  • Understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry (AEC), High-tech manufacturing, Media & Entertainment (M&E) Industry, and distribution business.
  • Business development experience, especially with commercial products, and established connections in similar industries are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with presentation skills up to CXO level.
  • Candidate must have extensive experience selling in the Hong Kong market.
