We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Ambassador to join our team at The Langham, Hong Kong. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with concierge duties, including making travel arrangements, booking reservations, and providing information on local attractions and activities.
- Work closely with the Langham Club, Business Centre, and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest comments and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Promote hotel facilities and services, including the Health Club, Business Centre, and food and beverage outlets.
- Offer expert travel advice and insights to guests, helping them to make the most of their stay with us.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel industry.
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
