Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with concierge duties, including making travel arrangements, booking reservations, and providing information on local attractions and activities.
  • Work closely with the Langham Club, Business Centre, and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest comments and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Promote hotel facilities and services, including the Health Club, Business Centre, and food and beverage outlets.
  • Offer expert travel advice and insights to guests, helping them to make the most of their stay with us.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel industry.
  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
