Job Summary

The Regional Management Associate will be part of the regional management team in the Executive Office based in Hong Kong. This role will provide exposure to the breadth of Goldman Sachs across multiple business lines and divisions in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key internal engagement for senior management, including internal townhalls, office visits, and ad-hoc events in the region.
  • Prepare presentation materials, briefing materials, and talking points for senior management and facilitate management-related meetings.
  • Involve in the rollout of events and programs to drive engagement and communication across divisions in the region.
  • Support regional business initiatives, regulatory work, and commitment in the region. Compile and summarize information from across divisions for internal and management reporting.
  • Provide support to internal risk governance processes to improve the risk profile in the region. Coordinate operational and risk-related processes to remediate risks and deliver specific risk and control programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 0-5 years of working experience in a fast-paced demanding business environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, and deadline-driven. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
