Key Responsibilities- Identify and analyze strategic issues and opportunities that could impact business growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, data analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to review feasibility of new propositions and potential growth opportunities.
- Establish performance measures and KPIs to ensure delivery and effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Align initiatives and roadmap with key stakeholders and work with delivery teams on prioritization, business case gating, and delivery of initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field, with at least 8 years of work experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven strategy skills, including experience formulating strategy, familiar with key principles of strategy development, and ability to think conceptually and creatively.
- Strong financial and data analysis skills, including ability to triangulate financial data and generate key insights.
- Execution-focused, with ability to drive projects through project framework, clarity on content and deliverables, and effective stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence, negotiate, and manage stakeholders.
- Tenacity and work ethic, with strong sense of ownership and ability to see projects to completion.
