Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and lead a high-performing team in Hong Kong. As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with Cisco's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market share in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs and processes.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- 15+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and thought leadership skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to close large, strategic deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Native Chinese language skills and proficiency in English, with Cantonese preferred.
