Head of Business Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our market growth efforts in Asia. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the interior design and architecture markets in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Thailand.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development plan, conducting market research, and building relationships with key clients and partners.
This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Main Job Objectives:
- Develop a business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs.
- Presentation and proposal preparation.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other offices on business development initiatives.
- Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development roles.
- Strong network and connections within the interior design and architecture industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
