Business Expansion Manager

Atradius N.V. (Italy) is seeking a Business Expansion Manager to join its commercial team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in Hong Kong through developing relationships with intermediaries, brokers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Expanding the company's presence in Hong Kong through developing relationships with intermediaries, brokers, and customers
- Managing distribution channels to achieve specified growth and profitability targets
- Identifying and appointing client segments based on client service requirements, profitability, and potential
- Conducting policy pricing and underwriting assessments for new business applications and collaborating with underwriters to review and recommend cases
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on building lasting business relationships
- Strong understanding of trade credit insurance, surety, and collections services
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to progress and enhance our offering
