The Centrick Invest team consists of expert real estate professionals dedicated to helping both national and international property investors thrive in the UK buy-to-let market. As a Business Development Manager in International Real Estate, your primary focus will be promoting and selling UK off-plan properties to the expatriate market across Asia. With a deep knowledge of the UK property landscape, you will guide clients through the complexities of the market, sharing valuable insights on property regulations, conveyancing, and financing options.

Who We’re Looking For:

We seek a proactive business development leader with a knack for spotting growth opportunities, coupled with strategic thinking skills and a strong track record in sales, investment or wealth management. Flexibility is essential, as this role requires regular travel across Asia and occasional trips to the UK. You’ll also need to work across international time zones, involving communications with UK-based stakeholders, so being a fluent English speaker is essential.

You will feel at home building client relationships, hitting sales targets, and working seamlessly with a network of wealth managers, brokers, and family offices. Adaptability and diligence are key, as you will manage multiple projects and help shape our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies to promote UK off-plan properties to expatriate clients across Asia.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, actively expanding the client base and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Partner with wealth managers, real estate brokers, and family offices to identify new opportunities and foster collaborative growth.
  • Manage an international portfolio of real estate assets, ensuring strategic growth and strong performance.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to enhance asset value and client satisfaction across the Asian market.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK property trends, legal changes, and investment opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, it would be desirable if you’ve focused on UK off-plan properties for expatriates or wealth management.
  • A strong background in business development, with demonstrated success in networking and client engagement.
  • Excellent understanding of the UK property market, conveyancing processes, and mortgage options.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.
