Role and Responsibilities of Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Commission Only
Lead Generation:- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (social media, industry events, online research, etc.).
- Use CRM tools and other software to track and manage leads.
- Reach out to potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Craft personalized messages to engage prospects and generate interest.
- Conduct initial conversations to understand the prospect’s needs and determine if they fit the target customer profile.
- Use qualification frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or MEDDIC (Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain, Champion).
- Set up appointments or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Ensure a smooth transition of the lead to the sales representative.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
- Provide additional information or resources as needed.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and progress with each lead.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities.
Commission only
Commission Structure:- Monthly Bonus: $1,000 bonus if 80% of the leads in a quarter convert to sales meetings.
- Annual Bonus: $2,000 bonus if the annual lead generation target is met.
