Job Description

This role involves ensuring business retention and developing existing customer portfolios to maximize customer profitability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer portfolios, generating revenue, and managing risk.

You will also represent Atradius to service multinational and local customers, ensuring they receive the best-in-class service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A university degree or diploma in business, marketing, management or relevant disciplines.
  • 5-7 years solid experience in key account management, preferably in credit risk management, regional or international trade, insurance & finance or related sectors.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are required.
