About the Role
We seek an exceptional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic networking and referrals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assessment of Financial Goals: Expertly assess clients' financial objectives and needs, fostering trust and establishing long-lasting relationships.
- Ongoing Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, delivering personalized service that ensures clients feel valued and supported.
- Trust and Rapport Building: Skilled in building rapport and trust with clients through integrity and responsiveness.
Financial Assessment and Planning:
- Comprehensive Analysis: Perform thorough financial assessments by analyzing clients' income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Tailored Solutions: Utilize in-depth knowledge of investment products and financial strategies to provide tailored recommendations.
Product Recommendations:
- Investment Product Knowledge: Maintain an extensive knowledge of a diverse range of investment products and insurance solutions.
- Portfolio Review and Adjustment: Regularly conduct portfolio reviews to ensure client investments remain aligned with their evolving needs and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree: In Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience in sales and relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to acquire clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
