Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends. Gather and analyze data to inform business development strategies.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and techniques, including online platforms, networking events, and cold outreach, to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives, including coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation metrics, and pipeline status to inform management decisions and measure success.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business development efforts.
- Org-Chart Maintenance: Maintain the GCN Products Sales org-chart.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager (e.g., SAP/office management like travel expense accounting, material orders, assist in Salary/Bonus/Sales Incentive review for Regional Sales Teams).
Job Requirements
- High diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years and above working experience in sales support or business development function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Good command of Microsoft Office including PPT and Excel.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive.
