This role is responsible for developing and executing a defined sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for Aon Hewitt.

  • The successful candidate will develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline focusing on local and large markets.
  • They will be responsible for converting identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to Account Management Teams.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate risk and people expertise to help solve clients' needs, leading to cross-sell opportunities.
  • They will lead and manage responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed, working with relevant expertise.
  • Driving cross-selling and up-selling activities, including introducing Aon United colleagues/services when appropriate.
  • Following Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect.
  • Performing other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by the Manager.
  • Contributing, as required, to Health Solutions initiatives & leadership forums.
