Company Overview

Our client is a leading digital asset trading platform leveraging the latest web3 and blockchain technologies to provide a secure, efficient, and innovative trading experience. Currently, they are looking for a seasoned sales leader (on a confidential basis) from fintech/ crypto/ digital asset field to further expand their market presence and business footprint in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 20-30 high-performing sales personnel to drive revenue growth in Asia  
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively reach and convert new enterprise and institutional clients
  • Implement effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to drive sales efficiency and productivity
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy sales culture aligned with the company's values
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build sustainable business relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably from reputable universities
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industry
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue
  • Excellent people management and team-building skills
  • Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel to support the sales team across the Asia-Pacific region (frequent travel required)
  • Good command of verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
