Job Responsible:

  1. Lead compensation and benefits related responsibilities inclusive of monthly regional payroll arrangement, salary and bonus review, benefits review, annual HR budgeting and comp expenses accruals, annual tax return, annual audit, etc.
  2. Serve as the main coordinator and administrator for the Company’s short-term and long-term incentive plan, including but not limited to scheme policy review, calculation and internal/external communication.
  3. Responsible for compensation surveys participation, including data preparation, job matching, data analysis and presentation of survey findings.
  4. Provide various of reporting and analysis on compensation and performance appraisal.
  5. Review current salary structure, provide suggestions on improvement and design new plan.
  6. Review of C&B policies and internal procedures, ensuring compliance local regulations.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting or other business-related subjects.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in C&B management and operations with with financial institutions or MNCs.
  3. Strong analytical skills, good understanding of accounting/tax principle is a big plus.
  4. Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage HR projects.
  5. Fluent command in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
