Senior Sales Manager (FSI or Enterprise)

Regional IT services and solutions provider

Job Description

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager. One headcount to focus on FSI and insurance companies. The other headcount needs selling services experience in communication engineering type of projects in retail or real estate development to take advantage of our smart city solutions. Highly preferable to have experience in selling to Semi-Government Organizations.

Responsibilities

  1. Meeting sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through the solutions and services provided.
  2. Participate in the development of IT solutions to address customers' business needs with value propositions to close a sale.
  3. Develop, manage, and maintain strong account relationships with customers.
  4. Work cross-organizationally to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.

Job Requirements

  1. University degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  2. At least 5 to 8 years' experience in solutions selling, in the area of system integration that includes application development, infrastructure, network integration, security solutions & hosting services, and IT systems integration.
  3. Experience in bidding for medium to large projects in the financial sector is preferable.
  4. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to generate new business opportunities.
  5. Excellent deal-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Result-oriented, detailed, and sensitive to numbers is essential.
  7. Proven track record in proposing IT/SI solutions is preferable.
  8. Able to work independently and under pressure.
  9. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
