Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or service centre environment
- HKDSE/HKCEE/diploma qualification required
- IIQE 1,3,5 preferred
- Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal skills, and mature personality
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent service attitude, ability to follow through on commitments to customers, and adherence to quality standards
- Fast and accurate typing skills (over 45 wpm) and PC literate in Word/Excel
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
