We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests related to group medical, individual financial, and wealth management products.
  • Provide professional and courteous support via phone and email, resolving customer queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all customer interactions, adhering to quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or service centre environment.
  • HKDSE/HKCEE/diploma qualification is required, while IIQE 1,3,5 is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
