The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide solutions to customer issues and concerns
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- HKDSE/HKCEE/diploma qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
