Customer Contact Centre Team Lead

This role reports to a senior manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotline sub-teams. You will be responsible for analyzing call center data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing hotline sub-teams' performance to ensure they meet KPIs and company standards
- Reviewing and approving solutions for complex customer complaints and escalated cases
- Conducting regular service calls reviews and providing feedback to handlers and stakeholders
- Supporting the senior manager in driving strategic business and operations efficiency initiatives
- Coaching and training team members to improve their knowledge and soft skills
Requirements include:
- University graduate in any discipline
- 10 years of experience in Customer Service Operations, with 5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of best practices in customer relations and experience
- Good life insurance operational knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and presentation skills
