This role reports to a senior manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotline sub-teams. You will be responsible for analyzing call center data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing hotline sub-teams' performance to ensure they meet KPIs and company standards
  • Reviewing and approving solutions for complex customer complaints and escalated cases
  • Conducting regular service calls reviews and providing feedback to handlers and stakeholders
  • Supporting the senior manager in driving strategic business and operations efficiency initiatives
  • Coaching and training team members to improve their knowledge and soft skills

Requirements include:

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • 10 years of experience in Customer Service Operations, with 5 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in customer relations and experience
  • Good life insurance operational knowledge and experience
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
