We're seeking high-calibre professionals to join our team as Card and Loans Officer Leaders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional hotline services, handling customer enquiries, and promoting unsecured loan products proactively via various channels.
- Promoting loan/insurance products when identifying customer needs to achieve sales targets for the department.
- Contributing to achieving the section's service and sales objectives.
- Timely responding to customer feedback, driving service improvement, and enhancing customer experience.
- Assisting team leaders in reviewing and allocating resources to optimise team productivity.
- Identifying areas for improvement to enhance work efficiency.
- Coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Ensuring all team processes comply with internal control standards, group compliance policy, and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder or equivalent; candidates with relevant working experience will also be considered.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Banking, Call Centre, or Telemarketing.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
- High level of customer-centric mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services.
Estimated salary: HKD 45,000 - HKD 60,000 per month (depending on experience).
