About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Manager to join our team at AIA. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for driving technology direction and solution delivery within a business domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Tier 1 & 2 support and coordinate with different vendors to resolve problems together.
  • Maintain and support all IT technical aspects at the site office.
  • Support the IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, application software, and configurations for the group.
  • Establish IT standards, including policies, procedures, security guidelines, and knowledge documentation to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and company personnel on IT and related procurement.
  • Monitor end-user computing performance to resolve whether adjustments need to be made, and to resolve where changes will need to be made in the future.
  • Perform inventory control of IT facilities, record keeping & documentations.
  • Review vendor servicing contract to improve the service quality that they provided.
  • Resolve complex operational issues in a diverse enterprise environment, involving multiple services across Azure cloud, on-premises infrastructure, and external applications.
  • Build and develop highly scalable data platforms, automated data ingestion processes, and integration pipelines.
  • Utilize data management technologies for tasks such as data ingestion, data quality assurance, data security, data lineage, data cataloging, and master data management.
  • Work with various data storage solutions, including Data Lakes, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience in BI implementation and data warehouse related projects.
  • Lead junior support to deliver the best solution and support.

Requirements

  • IT related Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 5+ years of IT support experience with 2+ years of management experience.
  • Knowledge of networks and office software, e.g., Microsoft Office (Active Directory), with experience in troubleshooting common issues.
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN/VPN architecture and switching.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL.
  • Hands on experience with PowerBI.
  • Experience in implementing ETL/Data Streaming/Data Analytics solutions.
  • Experience in deploying, leading, and supporting in MS Windows (Active Directory) platform would be an advantage.
  • A good team player, detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills, self-motivated, able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working experience in a multinational corporation is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
