As a Manager, Insurance Sales Support, you will play a key role in helping high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients manage their wealth for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with internal stakeholders and external insurance brokers to provide all-round support to the Advisory Team and Solution Team.
  • Liaising with the Advisory Team to ensure timely and appropriate service or product material is provided.
  • Managing sales planning, pipeline reporting, and scheduling marketing activities.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to assist Advisors with complex policy inquiries, review services, and case issuance.
  • Assisting the Regional Head with ad hoc projects and special arrangements.
  • Preparing new insurance business and responsible for the update and maintenance of insurance application forms.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in financial management, distribution, or other relevant disciplines of an insurance business, preferably in the High Net Worth Market.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently upon clarity of direction.
  • Solid experience in policy administration and the ability to manage time well on tight deadlines.
  • A good team player who can work closely with different parties.
  • The flexibility to pivot and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Broad knowledge in insurance products, particularly on whole of life, universal life, savings, and private placement life insurance (PPLI).
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
