Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our Futures Department, you will be responsible for selling global futures execution and clearing services to institutional clients in the region.
Your primary objective will be to deeply understand the needs of our clients and design viable solutions to meet their demands. You will also be required to communicate effectively with senior sales and department heads, as well as other internal departments, to ensure seamless collaboration.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will assist in business development by introducing and cross-selling our group's other companies' services to suitable institutional clients. This includes identifying new opportunities for growth and strategically expanding our sales areas across Asia.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Approximately 1-2 years of experience in sales, institutional client relationships, or business development in Securities/Futures Brokerage firms, sell-side banks, and Investment banks is also required.
As an ideal candidate, you should have strong knowledge of the ecosystem of the futures brokerage world in Greater China and Singapore. Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is also essential.
