Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and enhance our channel operations and distribution governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and refine the governance framework of brokerage channels to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Create and update workflow documentation and procedures to optimize sales operations and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough risk evaluations to pinpoint potential vulnerabilities in the sales team's functions, focusing on compliance, data protection, and operational integrity.
  • Formulate risk mitigation plans and establish controls to address identified risks effectively.
  • Compile and analyze reports to deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making and risk management.
  • Handle broker administrative duties, including contract management, documentation oversight, and resolution of inquiries.
  • Perform regular audits and evaluations to uncover opportunities for enhancement in sales methodologies and customer engagement.
  • Establish sales quality monitoring systems to assess the performance and compliance of the sales team with established quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive process enhancements and initiatives aimed at boosting sales team effectiveness.
  • Design and implement training programs to elevate the sales team's expertise in maintaining quality standards and managing risks.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory updates impacting the business landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in sales support, operations, risk evaluation, or a comparable role within the insurance sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk assessment techniques and the capability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong understanding of distribution channel governance and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in establishing and managing sales quality monitoring systems.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in report generation and data analysis using relevant software tools.
