Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Anglo-Eastern. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, including facilities management, procurement, and corporate printing operations.
You will work closely with vendors to maintain a high standard of the office environment and support various projects, including events management and office renovations. Your responsibilities will also include managing the procurement process, monitoring stock levels, and ordering supplies.
In addition, you will provide support for corporate travel matters and assist with reporting related to travel. You will also manage internal seating arrangements and onboarding/offboarding processes, maintaining accurate records in shared folders.
Essential Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in Admin
- Good organization skills, communication, and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of English and Cantonese
