Receptionist and Administrative Officer

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent telephone manners and communication skills
- Pleasant, mature, flexible, responsible and well-organized
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good command of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with less or no experience will be considered as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred
- Handle a variety of reception-related tasks including greeting and serving guests, monitoring the voicemail system, handling incoming/outgoing mail, arranging couriers' services, etc.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties such as data input, documentation scanning, filing, faxing, accurate data management and material support for school clients
- Monitor office administration activities such as managing expenses, handling room bookings, managing office supplies, arranging maintenance work for office facilities and equipment, maintaining cleanliness of office environment (e.g. reception area and meeting rooms), etc.
- Assist in ad hoc duties assigned by a supervisor when necessary
