Job Description
We are currently looking for an outgoing Receptionist with a big personality to join our team of talented and highly creative architects and designers, providing them with excellent and efficient administrative support.

The role includes a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth running of the studio. These include but are not limited to: receptionist duties, taking and directing calls, meeting and greeting visitors and general administrative tasks. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in the running of the studio by taking on additional administrative duties such as travel arrangements and organizing company events.

All candidates must have:

  • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in an MNC or fast-paced industry;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel;
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign would be beneficial;
  • Team player with excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills;
  • Previous working experience and knowledge of the architectural or equivalent industry (i.e. real estate, construction) is highly beneficial.

Qualifications
This is a superb role for someone who thrives in a front of house role but who is looking for a challenge. You will need to have a big personality, be hugely confident, have excellent reception experience within a similar environment, and be a real star candidate.
